Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

This wine displays vibrant and varietal aromatics of mandarin, mango, sage, passionfruit and lemon. Ripe tropical fruit notes with a touch of fresh herbs make an appearance also.

The palate is concentrated with flavours of citrus, melon, gooseberry and passionfruit. Delicate blackcurrant and wild fennel flavours dance around the core of primary fruit.

The finish is crisp and clean with hints of lingering spice and a touch of chalky minerality.

As with all of our Sauvignon Blanc wines, this would pair perfectly with fresh fish and seafood dishes. Local clams, Szechuan squid or crab match particularly well. Good quality Chèvre cheese is another of our favourite matches for Sauvignon Blanc. Best enjoyed with fish ‘n chips on the beach.

Marlborough Pinot Gris

This wine has an elegant spicy, floral bouquet with delicious, honeyed pear and jasmine notes lending a strong nod to classic Pinot Gris aromatics.

The lush custard apple, ginger and bush honey flavours on the palate are tempered by a lively acidity and an oyster shell salinity, resulting in a balanced wine that would make a fantastic pairing with a multitude of Asian takeaway dishes. Equally fantastic as an aperitif.

Marlborough Pinot Noir

Intensely concentrated and deeply coloured, this wine reflects the great growing season. It possesses an enticing bouquet of perfumed dark fruits, smoky vanilla oak and five spice.

The palate is rich and structured, with a core of ripe plum and dark cherries enveloped in layers of Christmas spice, coffee bean, and liquorice. Youthful and complex, with hints of forest floor and plush ripe tannins ensuring this wine will continue to develop and improve in years to come.

A perfect drink for summer barbecues or cozy winter nights by the fire. Nutty cheeses, game, mushrooms, and beetroot would all pair nicely with this food-friendly wine.

Sparkling Rose (Limited Edition)

Aromatically this wine possesses gentle floral notes of rose petals, complemented by strawberries and cream. This delicious Rosé is delicately structured and generous.

Red fruits carry through the palate, with cranberry, peach, strawberry, and raspberry notes taking centre stage. There is a hint of toasty complexity, and some creamy richness from the lees leading into a dry finish with lingering hints of spice.

This delicate Sparkling Rosé would pair beautifully with a range of decadent seafood options. Oysters, clams, whitebait, paua / abalone, crayfish, prawns, white fish and salmon would all go beautifully.

Soft cheeses such as brie and camembert would also complement the bright red fruit notes and effervescent characters of the wine. Due to its palate cleansing properties, this Sparkling Rosé is also great for BBQs where the rich meat will be contrasted by the clean and crisp finish of the wine.
